The following procedures have been developed to assist the Scouts and Adult leaders of Comanche District plan for Eagle Scout Leadership Service Projects and prepare for Eagle Scout Boards of Review. If there is any additional clarification that can be added to make this document more useful do not hesitate to contact me with inputs.
