About Troop 403

Meeting Information

Troop 403 meets every Monday evening from 7 to 8:30 pm at Saint Paul’s Catholic Church, located at 10,000 David Moore Road. (insert map link here) Scouts are expected to be on time and in their Class A uniforms. The uniform includes a belt, closed toe shoes, and shirts tucked in at all times.

 

The first Monday of each month is reserved for Board of Review (BOR) and Patrol Leader Council (PLC) meetings. Scouts not in these breakout groups will be working on advancement activities.

 

Troop 403 conducts quarterly Courts of Honor in February, May, August and November to recognize scout and adult achievements. The Court of Honor meeting is usually held during the early evening on Sundays and there will be no Troop meeting the following Monday.

 

The adult Assistant Scoutmasters (ASM) meet once a month, on the Wednesday after the PLC meeting. The adult Committee members also meet monthly during the Troop meeting after the ASM meeting. We strongly encourage parents to join one of these groups to support your son and the troop.
